The Mothers Union meets on the second Thursday of each month at 2:30 pm at The Vicarage. Generally a different speaker is invited each month.

The Mothers' Union has around 800,000 members worldwide, 80% of whom live outside the UK and Ireland. For more than 80 years, in partnership with local members, the Mothers' Union has encouraged educational and self help projects to grow and flourish across the world. This work is supported by the Overseas Fund.

       The Benefice Youth Group MICE is the acronym for the four parishes in the United Benefice of which the Revd Dr Chris Garland is Vicar of Messing and Rector of Inworth, Copford and Easthorpe.The Benefice Youth Group is for any young person from 9+ to 16 from the four parishes of the Benefice. We meet on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We gather at Messing Church and then go across the road to Messing Village Hall. Games include table tennis, snooker and pool, badminton, and magnetic darts, as well as football and softball.
